1.Badges and Identification：
Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk. This badge should be worn at all times in order to gain access to the session rooms and other events. Please note that access to the meeting areas will not be permitted without an official congress badge. Your badge will be scanned at the entrance to session rooms for CME accreditation and internal EAACI statistical purposes.

2.Currency：
The local currency is yuan (CNY).

3.Language：
The official language of the meeting is Chinese and English.

4.Mobile Phone Policy：
Please respect the meeting policy and keep your mobile phones on silent in all meeting rooms.

5.Telephone：
The international access code for China is +86. In case of emergency, call 110.

6.Visa：
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering Spain. If you need a letter of invitation, contact registration@eaaci.org after your registration fee is settled. Please apply for a visa within a reasonable time prior to making your bookings.

7.Certificate of Attendance：
The Certificate of Attendance can be downloaded after completing the delegate survey, which will be sent via e-mail after the event.
